Well my two favorite players are into the fourth round. As you probably know that it's Rafael Nadal and Simona Halep. Somehow Nadal and Djokovic are in the same half and may meetup in the semi's if all goes well for both of them. It's definitely a different Wimbledon with many top players not allowed to participate due to the current war in Ukraine. This does however give many other players the chance to play in this Grand Slam with many surprises. In the fourth round Simona Halep plays against my second favorite female player Amanda Anisimova. The contest between them should be extremely physical, Amanda with strong serves and as well as a super forehand and strong backhand and good movement. Then there is Simona Halep with her new coach Patrick Mouratoglou. she has an invigorated intensity on the court and in the gym. Simona has excellent movement, placement and a champion's mindset. All in all it should be a fine day at Wimbledon!
